Privacy and file handling

Publisher Rescue collects the contact and church information needed to evaluate and complete a requested file-migration project.

Submitted files are used only for evaluation, conversion, rebuilding, quality control, and delivery. Originals are not modified. Files are not used as public samples or portfolio material without written permission.

Do not submit member directories, financial records, medical or counseling information, or other confidential records. The service is initially limited to ordinary church bulletins, newsletters, and similar public-facing publications.

Client source and working files are scheduled for deletion 30 days after project completion. Basic business records may be retained as needed for customer service, accounting, and legal compliance.
